Mission

The Palmer Drug Abuse Program (PDAP) has been providing free substance abuse recovery services to youth ages 12-25 and their parents in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area since 1971. We provide 12-step support group meetings, crisis intervention, client screening assessments & referrals, individual and family counseling sessions, drug-free social and recreational activities, and community education and prevention programs. Based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous, PDAP teaches the principles of honesty of self, acceptance, and the path to sobriety within our daily lives, extending our love and understanding to everyone.
