Mission

CATCH Neighborhood Housing is a community-based, housing organization that has been serving Merrimack County, New Hampshire since 1989. Our mission is to strengthen our communities by creating opportunities for permanently affordable, quality housing for people otherwise not being served. CATCH has four programs: 197 high-quality, permanently affordable rental apartments; a Home Buyer and Financial Success Center, which provides home buyer education, financial fitness training and housing counseling; Affordable Homes for Sale, which offers homes to low- and moderate-income families for sale with special financing packages to make them affordable; and resident programs, which offer leadership opportunities and support systems for CATCH residents so they can maintain financial stability.
