Mission
Started as a food pantry in 1988, Central Dallas Ministries (CDM) is a faith-based organization that works to build genuine community in the inner city. Touching the lives of over 50,000 of its neighbors each year, CDM works to feed the hungry, heal the sick, provide housing to the homeless and renew hope in the lives of those struggling under the burden of poverty. The organization defines itself as a neighbor working with neighbors; we respond with compassion to our neighbors' most pressing needs and also work to connect them to opportunities to complete their lives.
