Mission

Since our founding more than a quarter-century ago, the American Ireland Fund has raised more than $300 million in support of our four key goals: peace and reconciliation, arts and culture, education and community development. The American Ireland Fund is part of The Ireland Funds. The Ireland Funds are an international charitable organization operating in 11 countries and have raised over $300 million for worthy causes throughout all of Ireland. The mission of The Ireland Funds is to be the largest worldwide network of people of Irish ancestry and friends of Ireland dedicated to raising funds to support programs of peace and reconciliation, arts and culture, education and community development throughout the island of Ireland.
