Mission

Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP) is a community-based human service organization that has served low-income families, children, and individuals since 1979. Founded as an ecumenical outreach effort, IOCP has grown to a sophisticated direct service provider and respected community catalyst. Our mission is to identify and respond to the unmet basic needs of people in the community, and to assist them in moving toward self-sufficiency. IOCP is a place that provides a continuum of hope to the people we serve, so they can move from crisis to choices to change. We offer direct financial and material assistance, case management services, information and referrals, advocate on behalf of the people we serve, and pursue public policy change.
