If you compare these salaries to other charitable agencies (World Vision, USO, etc.), I think these salaries are fairly reasonable. Remember that they are managing tens of millions of dollars, although this charity handles less money than some bigger charities.
I find it more important to look at the overall administrative costs as a percentage of revenue. Cure's overall % of admin costs fare at or better than many other charities. I've also heard that there is a single donor who specifically pays for the admin costs.
I'm not affiliated with this charity, although we are considering giving.

Please would someone give a reasonable explanation for a organization, that calls itself a "Christian" charity that helps the poor, paying those kind of salaries to it's executives.

Christian charity implications?

It’s mentioned that this charity is Christian. I wanted to know if they are involved in preaching religion in any way or not. Also any kind of direct/indirect conversion OR influencing of kids/people in going for Christianity.
