This is a fine organization. Many years ago, back in the early 1980s, I had the chance to correspond and talk with the founder, Dr. Bernard Rimland, regarding a major abuse case out in South Dakota, and the subsequent state cover-up that followed. Now this involved Zaslows Rage Reduction, sometimes known as Z-Process. Rimland was not only an expert on autism, but also on such quack forms of "treatment" such as rage reduction. He had some mighty strong things to say about these methods of "therapy". Dr. Rimland was very supportive of us folks out there who were trying to get some new laws passed to prevent that kind of stuff from ever happening again. I still have several very nice letters from him regarding that whole case. If anyone wants them, just send an email and I'll scan them.
