The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We have hired our first full-time ministry directory to not only better our current programming, but to expand our services in the future.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
Goal Two: To have like-minded men living in our resident homes, we are modifying our intake screening process to ensure the men are in a position to take advantage of our programming and services we offer.
Goal Type: New program(s) based on observed changes in needs among our constituencies/communities served.
Goal Three: To upgrade our ministry homes. Upgrading the living environments will provide a place of dignity for the men to thrive in in preparation of moving into their communities.
Goal Type: Focus on core programs to achieve mission and scale back on programs not seen as core.
