Mission

The MIND Research Institute (formerly the MIND institute) is a research-based organization dedicated to investigating how the brain functions and learns, and to applying these principles to education programs that prepare children for success in school and in the workplace. Since 1998, the Institute has successfully transferred more than 30 years of breakthrough brain and learning research into applied education programs for K-8 students. Standardized test results have shown remarkable increases for participating students. The Institute is divided into two divisions: education and research. The education division is responsible for delivering the MIND Research Institute education programs to students and teachers, while the research division continues to publish groundbreaking research on neuroscience, mathematics, and education.
