Mission

Lung Cancer Alliance's mission is to lead the movement to reverse decades of stigma and neglect by empowering those with or at risk for the disease, elevating awareness and changing health policy. We are the only national organization dedicated exclusively to providing support and advocacy for people living with lung cancer and the millions at risk for the disease. Our unique programs serve a global audience: Empowerment Program (delivery of patient and at risk support services); Awareness Program (spearheading the first-ever national lung cancer awareness campaign, No One Deserves Lung Cancer national bus tour, annual lung cancer report cards); and the Health Policy Program (supporting a network of volunteer advocates across the country).
