Mission

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago has been providing services since 1919. We pursue and achieve our mission by operating diverse businesses: participant programs and services, retail and salvage sales, industrial subcontracts and laundry, and service contracts with the government. Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago works in over 49 locations throughout 23 counties in southeastern Wisconsin and metropolitan Chicago. While the agency's programs have changed with the times, the common thread has always been to help men and women develop the skills necessary to secure employment opportunities that fulfill personal and professional goals.
