Mission

Founded in 1924, Orange County United Way is the largest private human care funder in our community, working to measurably improve the quality of life for all Orange County residents. We aim to make the greatest impact on the lives of individuals and families in Orange County while helping achieve self-sufficiency. We support these goals in two ways: we support a safety-net of care to ensure basic needs are met today; and we support solutions for long-term change focused on education and financial stability to move people from dependency to self-sufficiency. Last year Orange County United Way supported programs and collaborates that touched over 100,000 households.
