Mission

Founded in 1851, University of the Pacific is a private university with about 6,700 students on three campuses in Northern California. We offer undergraduate, graduate and professional degree programs in nine colleges. The University of the Pacific's mission is to provide a superior, student-centered learning experience integrating liberal arts and professional education and preparing individuals for lasting achievement and responsible leadership in their careers and communities.
