Mission

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Illinois Chapter is comprised of all the Illinoisans who have joined the movement to create a world free of multiple sclerosis and the work that they do through the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is the only voluntary health organization dedicated to the prevention, treatment, alleviation and cure of MS. Within a 50-state network of chapters working to advance the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's mission, the Greater Illinois Chapter is a leader in securing funds for MS clinical research. In addition, the chapter provides a wide variety of programs and services for people living with MS, their families and friends, and healthcare professionals across Illinois.
