Mission

Since 1885, Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina (BCH) has reached out to children and families in crisis. BCH began with one campus, Mills Home in Thomasville, but now provides services in communities across the state. We provide residential placement and prevention services to help children and families overcome problems and challenges in 16 communities across the state. BCH also operates a teen mother/baby parent home, transitional living services for older residents, group homes for developmentally disabled adults, a model weekday education program, a wilderness camp for boys, and equine therapy services at a residential ranch.
