Mission

Founded in 1921, the Netherland-America Foundation (NAF) is the leading bilateral foundation initiating and supporting high-impact exchange between the Netherlands and the United States. Building on the enduring heritage and values shared between the peoples of the two countries, the NAF seeks to further strengthen the bonds between the two countries through exchange in the arts, sciences, education, business, and public affairs. NAF provides educational funding for U.S. students in the Netherlands and Dutch students in the United States, through the NAF Fulbright Fellows program, NAF educational loan programs, and NAF educational grants.
