Mission
The mission of the Arthritis Foundation - Greater Southwest Chapter is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases. The Greater Southwest Chapter serves Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas. In our service area more than two million people (or one in every four) are affected by arthritis ... nearly 8,000 children. We provide better diagnosis and treatment for persons with arthritis, and provide programs and raise funds for research. Approximately 50,000 people received information and assistance via clinics, seminars, newsletters, and referrals.
