Mission

Founded in 1992, Child Family Health International (CFHI) is a global family of committed professionals and students who work at the grassroots level to promote the health of the world community. CFHI fosters learning and service; works to achieve sustainable solutions in healthcare services and disease prevention; emphasizes respect and understanding across cultures; facilitates the sharing of medical resources, knowledge and experience; and gives priority to underserved communities. CFHI works at 17 sites in six countries with over 250 partners and has enrolled students from over 35 countries, with over 4,500 alumni to date. Our Recover program has transported more than $8 million worth of recovered medical supplies and equipment to underserved and disaster-stricken communities throughout the world.
