Mission
Christian Relief Services (CRS) works through partnerships and in collaboration with grassroots charitable organizations to connect the vast resources of America to help those in need in their own local communities and to enable people to help themselves. CRS' program accomplishments include: transitional housing, case management and supportive services for homeless people in Virginia; support for poverty stricken families in Appalachia; permanent supportive housing to previously homeless, chronically mentally ill and/or physically challenged adults; contributing food, new clothing, school supplies and other basic necessities on various Indian reservations; and providing supplies to hospitals, clinics, schools, orphanages and refugee camps in several African Countries.
