Mission
Established in 1989, Abode Services' mission is to end homelessness by assisting low-income, un-housed people to secure stable, supportive housing; and to be advocates for the removal of the causes of homelessness in Alameda County, California. We offer eleven housing programs linked to support services to assist homeless families and individuals in establishing stability and independence. Specifically, our programs include: Sunrise Village shelter and winter relief; Project Independence; HOPE Mobile Health Clinic; Rise, Linkages & Tri-Valley Scholarship Program; BridgeWay, Union City; Greater HOPE and STAY; and Rotary BridgeWay Apartments, Lorenzo Creek Apartments, Mission Bell Apartment, Carmen Avenue Apartments.
