Mission

Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States. We have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people. Founded in 194, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri aims to provide a mentor for every child who wants and needs one. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri matches children ages 5-17 with mentors in professionally supported one-to-one relationships. We currently provide services to children and families in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, Cape Girardeau County and Scott County.
