Mission

WildLaw works to defend the environmental integrity of human and natural communities through education, administrative actions and litigation. For every case that sets a national precedent, there are a thousand special places that need enforcement of the precedent. We strategically build legal capacity for the people and organizations defending those places. WildLaw champions many places, wildlife and communities no one else fights for. Our current projects include national forests protection, water quality, wilderness defense and designation, endangered species, private land protection, anti-sprawl, and legal education.
