  • On October 3, 2017, The Orange County Register reported on the bankruptcy of California Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Inc. in an article titled, "DA investigating Orange County drug rehab for 'criminal activity,' taxpayer payments to CEO's retirement account." For this reason, we have issued a High Concern CN Advisory on California Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Inc.
