    Fortunately, various organizations like the Red Cross and Salvation Army, along with others, are on scene to provide help and assistance in various ways. But with the focus on this tragedy still unfolding in the Texas Hill Country near San Antonio and Austin, there can be people who just see this as a way to trick the public into donating to a fake charity.
