On May 21, 2021, The Office of the Attorney General of Kansas reported on the operations of A Ride for the Wounded in an article titled, "AG Derek Schmidt: Fraudulent charity shut down, ordered to pay damages." It has come to our attention that this organization is not registered with the IRS, but is soliciting from the general public in violation of federal tax law.
