Goals

1. 1.To provide accessible audiology and speech services that meet the diverse needs of our community. Through core programs like hearing assessments, speech therapy, early intervention, and outreach, we aim to ensure that every individual, regardless of financial status, receives the support needed to improve communication and enhance their quality of life.
2. 2.To invest in the growth of our organization to better serve the community. By expanding staff training, upgrading technology, and enhancing facility resources, we aim to strengthen our ability to provide high-quality audiology and speech pathology services. This investment will ensure we remain adaptable, efficient, and sustainable in meeting the evolving needs of those we serve.
3. 3.To expand services to support Maine's growing population of New Mainers by offering culturally sensitive and language-appropriate audiology and speech pathology care. This includes providing multilingual support, training staff in cultural competence, and partnering with local organizations to ensure all individuals, regardless of background, have access to the care they need to thrive.
