Mission

GlamourGals teen volunteers reduce elder isolation in their local communities. Our network of teen volunteer chapters serve two generations. Our programming provides elderly in care a renewed sense of community and self worth. Teen volunteers gain essential leadership skills demonstrating empathy and compassion through our signature intergenerational programming.

Vision

As we look toward our 25th anniversary we need to continue the mindset of balance, impact, and momentum. Now more than ever we can build on our accomplishments, leverage new relationships, and expand our mission in ending elder isolation and fostering compassionate teen leaders.

Goals

1.Expand our volunteer network, enabling more teen volunteers to tackle elder isolation in their local communities around the country.
2.Foster broader communication and engagement with teen volunteers to support their leadership skill development.
3.Integrate My Dear Friend as an essential programming activity.
