Vision

Our vision is to expand our services throughout Delaware so that adults with multiple, severe disabilities have access to a personalized day program that improves the individual’s quality of life and well-being.

Goals

1. 1.Program Expansion at the New Castle County Site - Since 2020, we've been happily operating in a 9570 SF suite on Reads Way, but we've realized we need more space due to program growth. Soon, an additional 2,810 SF in the building will become available as tenants move out. We've thoughtfully planned renovations to expand our space and are excited to move there in the first half of 2027.
2. 2.Relocating the Kent County site – Operating in Smyrna since 2013 in a building under 4,000 SF, the company's growth has made the space too limited. We have identified south Dover and Camden/Wyoming as great options and are collaborating with local developers. Our goal is to find or build a new space of at least 8,000 SF, with plans to make the move before December 2027.
3. 3.Attract and retain highly engaged staff – Conduct staff satisfaction surveys, analyze results and identify themes, present findings to leadership, evaluate the benefits package, adjust offerings if feasible, strengthen internal communications, host quarterly staff listening sessions, and implement recognition and appreciation touchpoints.
