Vision

A Uruguay where every child and young person—regardless of where they are born—has access to high-quality, inclusive education, and where teachers are empowered to lead lasting change in their classrooms and communities.

Goals

1. 1.Expand, strengthen, and scale ReachingU’s existing programs and services to reach more children, adolescents, and educators across Uruguay—particularly in vulnerable contexts—while increasing access, improving quality, and maximizing measurable impact.
2. 2.Develop our own grant management platform to streamline the full grant cycle, including the application process, project evaluation, funding allocation, and ongoing monitoring and reporting.
3. 3.Co-create innovative initiatives that strengthen teacher professional development and improve student learning outcomes, expanding effective solutions and fostering sustainable educational change.
