Goals

1. 1.HEALTH EQUITY The Granite YMCA will be THE community connector and champion of health, intentionally building pathways to YMCA participation and improving access to the social determinants of health. Using the power of our brand and our constituency, we will use our collective voice to encourage community action that improves health equity for all.
2. 2.PROMOTING MENTAL WELLBEING We will provide solutions that help children and adults address and manage mental wellbeing challenges to improve education and social success with help from partner organizations.
3. 3.SUSTAINING EXCELLENCE Every program, service and experience will be safe, effective, clean, have the right equipment, highly skilled staff, and reflect our core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
