Briefly describe a recent change that your organization made in response to feedback from the people you serve.
After 18 months, we completed a second Press Ganey survey for employee engagement. \ Survey completed on how employees wish to be recognized. We continue with "Coffee and Conversations" six time per year to include employee kudo's from clients, the community, as well as Q&A to twice a month and now twice a month. Quarterly website updates are now made including program managers' and community input.
