Mission

THE MISSION OF THE STEPHEN SILLER TUNNEL TO TOWERS FOUNDATION IS TO HONOR THE SACRIFICE OF FDNY FIREFIGHTER STEPHEN SILLER, AND ALL THOSE WHO LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES TO SAVE OTHERS ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2001. WE ALSO HONOR OUR MILITARY, AND FIRST RESPONDERS WHO CONTINUE TO MAKE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE OF LIFE AND LIMB FOR OUR COUNTRY.

Vision

To date, Tunnel to Towers has delivered over 1,200 mortgage-free homes to our nation’s heroes and committed over $500 million across all of our programs. This year the Foundation is delivering over 200 mortgage-free homes to catastrophically injured veterans and first responders, Gold Star families, families of first responders who leave behind young children and we have helped house 3,000 homeless veterans.

Goals

2.The Foundation is dedicated to eradicating homelessness amongst veterans nationwide. This program provides housing along with comprehensive supportive services for homeless veterans.
3.The Foundation made a promise to “NEVER FORGET” those lost on 9/11 and the continued impact the attacks have on America and its first responders. Our Tunnel to Towers 9/11 Institute™ launched in 2022.
