TO PROVIDE QUALITY PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN WITH SICKLE CELL DISEASE (SCD) AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SUPPORT THROUGH AN INTEGRATED COMMUNITY SYSTEM, AND TO CONDUCT INFORMATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF SICKLE CELL DISEASE.
