Aspire profoundly impacts the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, delivering personalized support through our special education schools, staffed residences, vocational training, and community-based day programming. We relentlessly center the inherent humanity and rights of every individual to create a more inclusive society where marginalized groups are integrated and celebrated.

1.Learning: Reconceptualize internal relationships Model & promote 2-way, multi-modal communication with staff Continue to invest in manager training & development Develop a compensation framework to ensure equity Focus on staff development that recognizes individual needs Pursue purposeful recruitment, enhance fit of new hires Increase board membership & prioritize board education
2.Integration: Establish a culture of shared leadership, disciplined decision-making & adaptability Develop a formal, criteria-based framework to evaluate service performance, guide future investment, supplement funding & develop ambassadors. Build strategic planning capabilities to evaluate our environment & identify opportunities for new & improved initiatives. Create an Agency Policy Manual.
3.Impact: Employ a person-centric approach to be a provider and employer of choice.
