Vision

We envision a community where students and teachers have all the resources they need to succeed.

Goals

1. 1.By June 2029, we will: Increase number of supported students to 104K, serve 54% of eligible teachers, and distribute $14MM+ annually.
2. 2.To address the increasing attrition rate of public school teachers, we will create EdExchange to provide professional development, collaborative space, and resource sharing among educators and an intensive school partnerships initiative for the purpose of teacher appreciation.
3. 3.Create strategic staffing model to realize organizational growth goals, prioritizing key areas of expertise such as HR, Finance and Operations; recruit talent to achieve higher levels of organizational performance; develop succession plan for all key roles and functions within the organization; Advance Board and volunteer leadership; Increase warehouse operational efficiencies and safety.
