At Windham County Humane Society, our mission is to ensure the safety and well-being of animals while strengthening the bond between people and pets through adoption, education, advocacy, and compassionate care. We are dedicated to ending animal suffering, supporting pet owners in need, and fostering a community that promotes animal welfare. Anchored in the "Five Freedoms" for animals, we partner with local and regional organizations to create a strong safety net for animals both within and beyond our shelter walls.
