Vision

YW Boston envisions a Greater Boston where girls, women, and gender-expansive people of color thrive as leaders and change agents, and where equitable systems, collective well-being, and racial and gender justice are fully realized for all.

Goals

1. 1.Expand leadership development and capacity-building opportunities for girls, women, and gender-expansive people of color. Through programs, partnerships, and convenings, YW Boston will equip participants with skills, networks, and resources to lead in their communities, workplaces, and civic life.
2. 2.Mobilize collective action to address systemic racism and gender inequity. By integrating advocacy education and civic engagement into programs, YW Boston will empower participants and partners to influence policies, institutions, and public discourse across Greater Boston.
3. 3.Build a sustainable and innovative organization that can scale its impact. YW Boston will strengthen internal systems, measure impact more effectively, and grow revenue and partnerships to support long-term leadership development and collective action.
