Goals

1. 1.Strengthen Jewish identity by fostering belonging, celebrating heritage, and creating meaningful connections through our programs and volunteer engagement. Our programs address the need for connection in the Jewish community by building and supporting friendships and mentoring relationships.Through education and community involvement, we will model a vibrant, inclusive and proud Jewish community
2. 2.Committed to inclusivity, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities, including non-Jewish participants, volunteers, staff, board members and donors as essential allies. We believe in supporting everyone who can benefit from our services while staying true to our core Jewish values
3. 3.The Friendship and Mentorship Programs both create clinically supported matches: the Friendship Program matches adults with disabilities with volunteers, and the Mentorship Program pairs children and teens with adult mentors. These programs will continue to support social-emotional development, strengthen social connections, build community, and foster personal growth.
