Vision

We hope to continue to meet the un-met needs of our Needham neighbors with focus on food support, access to technology for older and low-income adults, transportation to medical appointments for anyone over 18 in Needham in need of a ride, English language learning instruction, offer free medical equipment loans, provide support to people serving as care partners for residents living with dementia.

Goals

1. 1.Launch the Dementia Care Partners Support Program to empower, educate, and support those caring for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Recognizing the vital role care partners play, this program fosters resilience, reduces isolation, and promotes well-being through peer connection, practical education, and inclusive community engagement..
2. 2.Continue to maintain he quality of the food that we distribute through our food pantry with the "Fresh First" campaign. Also continue to meet the increased demand for food.
3. 3.Invest in the staff and technology training to allow for better tracking of services and support our programs.
