Vision

For children from the Northeast, regardless of economic opportunity, to experience Agassiz Village’s joyful, welcoming and diverse community that inspires and enables them to explore new experiences and create the futures they envision.

Goals

1. 1.- Strengthening our internal infrastructure—from staffing and systems to governance and planning—to support long-term growth. - Developing mission-aligned revenue streams that leverage our land, assets, and expertise to generate consistent, diversified income. - Building financial resilience through strategic planning, board-approved investments, and transparent stewardship of donor support.
2. 2.After learning from our families, we began expanding our iThrive Teen Leadership Program, a trauma-informed, community-rooted initiative designed to: - Foster resilience, belonging, and emotional intelligence in older youth - Equip teens with leadership skills, mentorship, and real-world tools for success - Build pathways to workforce readiness, and civic leadership
3. 3.We aim to increase our impact by growing the number of children served—ensuring more youth from under-resourced communities experience the healing, joy, and growth of Agassiz Village. Every additional camper represents a life transformed through connection, resilience, and opportunity.
