THE INSTITUTE DEVELOPS AND IMPLEMENTS TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROFESSIONALS, HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS, AND HUMAN SERVICE PROFESSIONALS IN PREVENTION, INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT ISSUES IN THE FIELD OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE.
