Mission

THE ORGANIZATION IS DESIGNATED THE ANTI-POVERTY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY FOR BERKSHIRE COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS AND ANY NEIGHBORING AREA THAT MAY BE APPROPRIATE. IT WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELIMINATING POVERTY BY MOBILIZING COMMUNITY RESOURCES FOR THE CREATION OF OPPORTUNITIES IN EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT, AND FOR THE BETTERMENT OF CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH PEOPLE LIVE.
