Our vision is for a community that embraces every individual's strengths, interests, and cultural experiences

Goals

1. 1.Invest in high-quality training, including tailored training by Bristol Community College for personal/professional growth; "Leadership SouthCoast," a 10-month problem-solving and management skills program; a certificate program for Direct Service Professionals conducted by a community college; and "Developing Leadership: A Personal Journey" training for emerging leaders conducted by DDS
2. 2.We upgraded or are upgrading security systems for our program sites, homes, and vehicles to ensure the safety and security of the people we serve; we upgraded or are upgrading computerized technology for all program sites and homes; we invested in new staff scheduling technology to enhance service delivery and reduce scheduling errors.
3. 3.The agency provides educational and engagement opportunities to all Cooperative Production audiences, including information pertaining to the field of disabilities, Human Rights, and safety; we developed new marketing and promotion strategies to engage and/or re-engage current and potential stakeholders in the work of the Agency, our mission, and our cause area.
