Vision

At PPLM, we envision a state where equitable access to sexual and reproductive health care and education is the norm, and where every person can decide what's right for them and their families. PPLM will continue to fight for a world where no systemic barriers stand between Black, Indigenous, and other people of color (BIPOC), LGBTQ+ people, and people with disabilities-and their right to access the full range of sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion.

Goals

1. 1.Care for our business: strengthen our financial performance and sustainability. PPLM will employ tactics like improving operational efficiency; improving patient and client experience; and increase revenue to advance the goal of caring for our business.
2. 2.Grow our community: intensify and broaden community support and relationships. To achieve this goal PPLM will expand our audience on web, social, and email; and forge meaningful relationships and partnerships.
3. 3.Practice equity and shape our culture: these related goals will be advanced by centering lived experiences in teams, processes, and power; designing fair and equitable processes; building a data-driven and accountable culture; developing a high performing team; supporting career success and growth; and increasing resilience and reducing staff burnout.
