Goals

1. 1.Strengthen Organizational Infrastructure by implementing staff professional development and retention strategies and enhancing data collection and outcome measurement systems.
2. 2.Expand Housing Capacity and Services by developing transitional housing options for families exiting our shelter and strengthening housing placement services and post placement support.
3. 3.Strengthen Economic Mobility Programs by enhancing Workforce Development with industry-specific training tracks and developing financial literacy and asset-building initiatives.
