Goals

1. 1.Strengthen Organizational Infrastructure by:- implementing staff professional development and retention strategies - enhancing data collection and outcome measurement systems.
2. 2.Expand Housing Capacity and Services by increasing emergency shelter capacity, developing transitional housing options for families exiting our shelter, and strengthening housing placement services and post placement support.
3. 3.Enhance Economic Mobility Programs by enhancing Workforce Development with industry-specific training tracks, and developing financial literacy and asset-building initiatives.
