PRIOR TO TRANSFERRING THE MAJORITY OF THEIR ASSETS DURING 2010, TAS-CC, INC. WAS A CATHOLIC HEALTH CARE SYSTEM ROOTED IN THE HISTORY OF THE ARCHDIOCESE OF BOSTON. AS A COMMUNITY OF HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS, WE AFFIRMED CHRIST'S HEALING MINISTRY, FOSTERED EXCELLENCE IN CARE AND COMMITED OURSELVES TO THOSE IN NEED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.
