THE MISSION OF THE PARTNERSHIP, INC. IS TO ENSURE AND ENHANCE ECONOMIC COMPETITIVENESS BY ATTRACTING, DEVELOPING, RETAINING, AND CONVENING EXECUTIVES AND PROFESSIONALS OF COLOR SO THAT BOTH INDIVIDUALS, AND THE COMPANIES THEY WORK FOR, REACH THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL. IN DOING SO, THE ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH IN DISMANTLING THE PILLARS OF SYSTEMIC RACISM AND SUPPORT THOSE COMPANIES ALONG THEIR DIVERSITY, INCLUSION, EQUITY, AND BELONGING JOURNEY.
