ATASK empowers Asian survivors of domestic violence and abuse to rebuild their lives. Our work bridges language and cultural gaps for Asian communities and advocates for social change.

Vision

A world where communities are free from domestic violence, survivors are empowered to thrive with dignity and self-sufficiency, and society stands united to advance justice, equity, and healing for all.

Goals

1.We aim to better support Asian survivors of domestic violence in Massachusetts by redesigning our service model, expanding outreach, and launching targeted programs with partners like housing agencies or elder services to meet the unique needs of underserved groups.
2.ATASK seeks to be a leading voice for Asian communities by addressing racism and inequity at their roots. We aim to expand our policy advocacy efforts, build a strong policy platform, and push for changes that support Asian and Pacific Islander survivors of domestic violence and abuse.
3.To ensure long-term sustainability, ATASK will develop financial and investment plans, explore earned revenue opportunities, and implement a comprehensive development strategy to diversify funding and reduce reliance on government grants.
