Founded in 1965, 2Life Communities’ mission and unique approach are built on the concept of aging in community. Every older adult, regardless of background, should have the opportunity to live a full life of connection and purpose in a dynamic, supportive environment. The fundamental pillars of our aging in community model include: care coordination so most residents can remain in our communities for life; community life programs to meet the diverse social connection, wellness, and physical needs essential to healthy aging; and village center programs that bring multigenerational educational and social opportunities to our residents as well as build broader community connections.
