Vision

Our organization is working towards a demographic transition in Venezuela with all the attendant environmental and social benefits, including the empowerment of women, gender equality, and Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) for all. Grassroots community-based Population, Health, and Environment Initiatives (PHE) – such as our own Recipe for a Thriving Community – offer strong development models for the less-developed world. Think globally, Act locally.

Goals

1. 1.The first and primary outcome and impact that we are working towards is relatively simple: delivering a reliable and maximum number of quality contraceptive services and primary health care to low-income populations facing enormous unmet need here.
2. 2.We seek to strengthen our broader Population, Health, and Environment Initiatives (PHE) - our own Recipe for a Thriving Community - working in rural literacy and education, sustainable livelihood and agricultural innovation.
3. 3.Venezuela has been in a profound humanitarian crisis for over a decade. An important adjunct to our two primary goals is offering medical and rural humanitarian aid to help families and communities survive and overcome adversity.
